Shire Horses in the snow!

Take a look at our Shire Horses playing in the snow!

With the deepest snow we have seen for nearly 30 years, there has been a lot of extra work to do at Cotebrook Shire Horse Centre.

Our 20 Shire Horses have been munching their way through 2 tonnes of carrots every week, on top of their normal feed and extra hay because of the cold weather.

The deer and sheep need extra feed and hay, as well as the ducks and geese because all the grass is hidden under the snow!
