So it’s two weeks since the Nantwich Show and after a very long but successful day I have been really enjoying a few relaxing days soaking up the sun.
I was so proud to not only win my Class "2 year olds” but also be crowned Supreme Champion of the show. Alistair looked so happy, I think I’m really starting to live up to his nickname for me "Miss World”.
Did you know the Reserve Champion was also sired by my Dad Edward? I suppose that makes us half sisters! No wonder she did so well!
The proudest moment of the day came at the Grand Parade when I led out all of the other shires as Champion. I was accompanied by 3 generations of the King family it was perfect……well almost, turns out Matthew’s red trousers were in the wash so he was the odd one out, there’s always one!
Anyway the summer holidays are well under way now and it’s so great round here with so many young faces. People seem to forget because I’m so big but I have only just turned two years old! I love to run and jump around and I can also be a bit naughty!
Summer also means the return of piglet racing which I love. We have 2 races a day and I always try to guess the winner. Alistair keeps coming past with his "tips”, he says things like "number 2 looking very energetic today” or "number 1 is in the zone, can’t lose” only problem is they always lose! I’m going to pick my own and ignore his dodgy tips!
Anyway thats all for now come and see me soon!
